CHAKKA PAZHAM PORI

INGREDIENTS 



ripe jackfruit flesh - split into 2 or 3
maida - 1/2 cup
sugar  - 1/4cup
salt
turmeric powder
water
oil

PROCEDURE


mix maida, sugar, turmeric powder, a pinch of salt and water, to get batter.



dip jackfruit in batter and fry it.




jackfruit fry ready.
